Return & Exchange Policy

All products listed on PCB Care are refurbished and tested before dispatch. Every board is discussed, confirmed and matched to your appliance's exact model and fault over WhatsApp before an order is placed. Because each part is checked against your specific board and requirement ahead of time, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind once an order has been placed or delivered.

What this means

  • Please confirm your appliance's brand, model and the exact fault with us on WhatsApp before ordering, so the correct part is selected the first time.
  • Once an order is placed and the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for personal preference, a change of mind, or incompatibility that was not raised during the WhatsApp discussion.

Exception: damaged, wrong or defective items

If your board arrives physically damaged in transit, if we send the wrong item, or if the board is defective and does not work as described, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with photos of the item and packaging (or a short video of the fault). We will review each case individually and make it right, by replacement or refund at our discretion.

What is not covered

We cannot replace or refund a board that has been:

  • damaged by water,
  • physically broken or cracked after delivery,
  • short circuited, or
  • damaged by wrong wiring or incorrect installation by the user.

How to return an item

  1. Message or call us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with your order details and the issue.
  2. Once we confirm the return, send the board back to us by post or courier. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
  3. We inspect the board. If it qualifies, we send a replacement or issue a refund as described below.

Refunds

Where a refund is issued, it is made to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive the item back and verify the issue. We do not charge a restocking fee.
